My 182 lb girl still jumps like a pup

Still going strong at 12

Lemmy loves car rides again

Improvement in his back legs
Highly recommend. They seem to be helping my senior dog, especially with his rear leg. They have a little smell to them, I just don't know if it's unappealing to dogs. My dog eats when it's time so I don't think he minds. I'm definitely seeing an improvement with these.

Pricey but worthwhile
A bit expensive but it has really helped our 12 year old dog who is still very active. We use it with an assortment of other things for his joints, but this seems to keep us from having to use Metacam on a daily basis, which is great.

Three Labs, three improvements

A miracle worker for my Lab
My mother heard of this and bought me a box. This product is amazing. I have a 9 year old Lab, and he slipped on a laminate floor and hurt himself. He was limping so bad it was heartbreaking. Six more years with my best buddy
About 6 years ago my Husky/Labrador mix started having hip problems. He couldn't do stairs and didn't want to go for walks. He was 8 at the time. My dog has been using this for almost a year now. She had injuries which have led to arthritis. She is 11 years old and we were using a buggy on longer walks with our other dogs. The difference was amazing within a few weeks, the buggy has been used twice. I was sceptical at first but willing to try anything, as she was on tramadol for pain relief. We are down from 4 tabs a day to 1, or 2 if it is wet and cold. She is obviously in less pain and is back to play fighting with her brother. Money wise it is costing the same, but she is a much happier dog.

Consistency is the key
This product helped both my senior pups. I add a few drops of water to the powder supplement and make a gravy, then I pour it on my dogs' food. My one dog doesn't mind the taste, but my Poodle only took it by syringe. The key is consistency. Once I saw progress I stopped, and I could see a decline. After about 2 to 3 boxes my dogs were running around again, no longer limping after sitting for too long. The price is really high, but you get what you pay for. In this case, a quality supplement. I wish they made one for cats.

Running and playing again
This has been a life saver for my Lab/Rottie! She is 12 and got valley fever a while back. She had been having a hard time walking and gets really stiff. It extended her life, not just her joints
Nothing else works! I began giving this to my German Shepherd 3 years ago when she first started getting signs of sore joints. She is now 10 and although some days are better than others, Extend has allowed my Riley to stay on her feet while looking forward to each morning walk (which is when her arthritis bothers her least) and chasing lizards in the yard throughout each day. Running and playing like a puppy at 13
I purchased this for my 13 year old Yellow Lab. He was having trouble getting up and I could tell he was in pain. I took him to the vet and they did blood work and checked him out, and said: I have a 13 year old dog. I asked what I could give him, and they said supplements. Our dogs lick the bowl clean
We have two older large breed dogs, a Great Dane and a St. Bernard, and as they age, we want a good supplement for their aging joints to keep them in good and pain free physical condition. We've tried a few things, and it's been hit or miss. Either the dogs dislike them, or they tire of them, or we just don't know if it's working or not. Day 10 off Extend showed me everything
Well, let me start off by saying I never really write reviews, but this product deserves one. I have an almost 10 year old 110 lb Black Lab. He's not overweight at all either, everyone always asks if he is mixed with a Great Dane. Very early on, the vets told me he was going to develop severe arthritis. About 3 or 4 years ago he started getting very sore from playing and had a hard time getting up from a sleep position, so that's when I started him on Extend. He improved dramatically, although I didn't really ever give the Extend all the credit since I also started him on some CBD at the same time. About 10 days ago I ran out of Extend and I was about to go on vacation, and thought I'd just order more when I got home, it would make the dog sitter's life easier since it was one less thing. An honest review from a tough case
We have a German Shepherd Husky mix that has hip dysplasia. We have tried almost every product, medication, and remedy for her. This supplement saved my dog's life
I have an 11 year old female Yellow Lab who has really bad hip dysplasia. We used to get her the steroid shot when she was younger because she had skin problems, this also helped her hips. But as she got older she started getting worse, and the shots were becoming ineffective. We were already giving her a basic joint chew which helped, but wasn't strong enough. One day, a couple weeks ago, she woke up in the morning and couldn't walk. She cried when she would stand and refused to let anyone touch her hips except me. We would have to carry her outside to go to the bathroom, otherwise she would just go in her bed. I was devastated, I thought we were going to have to put my girl down that night, so I dried my eyes and took her down to the vet. The vet prescribed an anti-inflammatory and said give it a couple days for it to kick in, and sent us home. My 7 year old Corgi girl was having a very hard time getting around and frequently was unable to get up off the floor or walk without limping or raising her back left leg. If she fell asleep on the floor, she would be crippled trying to walk after just sleeping for a few minutes to a half hour. I was worried, but having long had osteoarthritis myself I could appreciate how disabling the pain could be. I would give her muscle rubs and tried CBD oil, all to no avail. After reading reviews on this product, I decided to give it a try.
